Aron Bohlig
Founder
Previously Aron worked at Credit Suisse, Savvian and Investec. As an operator he has served as President of a European division of a Texas Pacific Group portfolio company (Become.com) and has held director-level sales engineering, vertical sales and product management positions within the Clarify software division of Nortel Networks where his responsibilities included strategy, new product introduction and business development in the US, Europe and Asia. Aron is co-author of a book on selling business to business technology products. Aron is also a member of the oldest angel investing group, the Band of Angels. Aron holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in computer science from the University of Puget Sound.
Aron enjoys skiing, surfing, running and going to the theater and frequently attempts to convince his two daughters to stop staring at their phones long enough to join him.

Fermin Caro
Managing Director
Fermin previously worked as part of the Investment Banking Group at Credit Suisse in the Tech, Media, Telecom and Financial Institutions practices in both New York and London. Prior to Credit Suisse, Fermin was an investment professional managing Fund of Funds investments at SVB Capital. He also oversaw strategic fund and direct equity investments for Silicon Valley Bank and worked closely with their technology and venture capital commercial banking groups.
Fermin graduated with distinction from the Yale School of Management (MBA) and received his BA from San Diego State University. Originally from Mexico City, he grew up in Southern California and now resides in San Francisco with his wife, and three daughters. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and enjoys international travel, tennis and sailing.

Carlos Gonzalez
Director
Previously, Carlos was an investment banker at IGC Holdings, where he advised leading eCommerce, FinTech, and software companies on M&A and financing alternatives. Prior to IGC, Carlos was a corporate strategy and M&A consultant at L.E.K. Consulting where he focused on the US, Europe, and Latin America, and executed 20+ comprehensive client engagements across industries. Prior to L.E.K., Carlos was a corporate finance consultant at Bates White Economic Consulting, where he completed advanced economic and financial analysis on a variety of high-profile engagements.
Carlos received his undergraduate degree in Economics, Political Science, and Communication and a concentration in Legal Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School. He also holds a Certificate in Advanced Project Management and a Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University.
Carlos spends his time between Moscow and London. He is fluent in Spanish and conversational in French and Russian. Carlos is a passionate tennis player and golfer and a former member of the University of Pennsylvania rowing and track & field teams.

Uren Dhanani
Vice President
Uren received his Masters in Professional Accounting (MPA) and his BBA from the University of Texas at Austin. In his free time, he loves to travel, go hiking, try out new fitness classes and spend time with family in North America and India.

Sakshi Goel
Senior Associate, Manager
Sakshi holds a Masters in Finance and Marketing from Institute of Marketing and Management, and B․Com (Hons) degree from Lady Shri Ram College at the Delhi University in India. In her free time, she loves to travel and spend time with her son and family.

Justin Geeza
Investment Banking Analyst
Prior to joining ComCap, Justin worked on the Security & Safety team within the Diversified Industrials investment banking group at Raymond James. During his 2-year tenure at the practice, he contributed to the execution of 9 engagements, representing a combined value in excess of $3 billion.
Justin graduated from Rhodes College with BA degrees in Business & Commerce and Economics, focusing on Finance, and a minor in Religious Studies. He is passionate about art, nature, recreational sports, theater and ongoing personal & community development, so during his free time, he can be found at museums, plays or outdoors.

Doug Wilber
Prior to that, Doug was Chief Revenue Officer for PYMNTS.com where he led all business development, financial forecasting, operations, and marketing functions. Doug has additionally held numerous product and partnership development roles at Discover Financial Services and was a consultant at Market Platform Dynamics, a leading macro-economic advisory for financial services firms.
Outside of Gremlin Social, Doug mentors numerous early-stage Fintech companies via his role at the SixThirty FinTech accelerator in St Louis. He holds a BS in Marketing and International Business and an MBA with a focus on product development and brand strategy from Penn State University.
