Previously Aron worked at Credit Suisse, Savvian and Investec. As an operator he has served as President of a European division of a Texas Pacific Group portfolio company (Become.com) and has held director-level sales engineering, vertical sales and product management positions within the Clarify software division of Nortel Networks where his responsibilities included strategy, new product introduction and business development in the US, Europe and Asia. Aron is co-author of a book on selling business to business technology products. Aron is also a member of the oldest angel investing group, the Band of Angels. Aron holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in computer science from the University of Puget Sound.
Aron enjoys skiing, surfing, running and going to the theater and frequently attempts to convince his two daughters to stop staring at their phones long enough to join him.
Fermin previously worked as part of the Investment Banking Group at Credit Suisse in the Tech, Media, Telecom and Financial Institutions practices in both New York and London. Prior to Credit Suisse, Fermin was an investment professional managing Fund of Funds investments at SVB Capital. He also oversaw strategic fund and direct equity investments for Silicon Valley Bank and worked closely with their technology and venture capital commercial banking groups.
Fermin graduated with distinction from the Yale School of Management (MBA) and received his BA from San Diego State University. Originally from Mexico City, he grew up in Southern California and now resides in San Francisco with his wife, and three daughters. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and enjoys international travel, tennis and sailing.
He has executed hundreds of transactions including: mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, private and public equity and debt issuances, including convertible bonds. He has worked at both large platform, full service investment banks such as Credit Suisse First Boston’s Technology Group led by Frank Quattrone, and smaller boutiques such as Montgomery & Co. Steve also worked at Battery Ventures as a Venture Partner. In that role he was in charge of all capital markets activities throughout the portfolio. He holds an MBA from the Red McCombs School of Business of the University of Texas at Austin, and a BBA in finance from Texas A&M University.
Steve always wanted to live in the Bay Area due to its vibrant windsurfing community, but he went to the dark side of kiteboarding in 1999 and never looked back. He can be characterized as an average (according to his son), but enthusiastic surfer, loves to cook and plays guitar, vocals and harmonica in a local Mill Valley, CA dad band.
Previously, Carlos was an investment banker at IGC Holdings, where he advised leading eCommerce, FinTech, and software companies on M&A and financing alternatives. Prior to IGC, Carlos was a corporate strategy and M&A consultant at L.E.K. Consulting where he focused on the US, Europe, and Latin America, and executed 20+ comprehensive client engagements across industries. Prior to L.E.K., Carlos was a corporate finance consultant at Bates White Economic Consulting, where he completed advanced economic and financial analysis on a variety of high-profile engagements.
Carlos received his undergraduate degree in Economics, Political Science, and Communication and a concentration in Legal Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School. He also holds a Certificate in Advanced Project Management and a Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University.
Carlos spends his time between Moscow and London. He is fluent in Spanish and conversational in French and Russian. Carlos is a passionate tennis player and golfer and a former member of the University of Pennsylvania rowing and track & field teams.
Most recently, he was an Investment Analyst at Ultra Capital covering sustainable infrastructure and clean technology where he supported the execution efforts on multiple investments across the waste, water, and energy sectors.
Prior to Ultra, Collin was an Investment Banking Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities, where he covered the energy, power, and midstream sectors. While at Wells Fargo, he worked on several M&A, debt, and equity transactions for Fortune 500 companies.
Collin has also held internships at Hang Lung Properties LLC in Hong Kong, where he supported the firm’s real estate investment group.
Collin hails from Minneapolis, Minnesota, but was elated when he was given the opportunity to leave the frozen tundra of the Midwest to attend the University of Southern California. He graduated USC with honors and now resides in San Francisco, where, in his free time, he enjoys paintball, travelling, and practicing his broken Mandarin in Chinatown.
He joined ComCap after graduating Cum Laude with an MBA in finance from Babson’s FW Olin Graduate School of Business. Prior to Babson, he earned a BA in Philosophy from Pepperdine University, and was Vice President of the nationally ranked Rugby Football Club.
While serving in the Coast Guard, he advanced to the rank of E5 in 2 years, beating the average promotion time by 5 years.
At his retail family business, Peter was in charge of finance and strategy, but his entrepreneurial career began when he bought an 11’ Boston Whaler at the age of 12 with the proceeds from his lemonade stand on Nantucket.
He lives with his wife in San Francisco, and enjoys sailing, surfing, and squash – and the occasional pickup rugby match.
Senior Associate, Manager
Sakshi holds a Masters in Finance and Marketing from Institute of Marketing and Management, and B․Com (Hons) degree from Lady Shri Ram College at the Delhi University in India. In her free time, she loves to travel and spend time with her son and family.
Most recently, he founded an M&A advisory firm focused on advising middle-market companies and technology start-ups in M&A, private financings and strategic initiatives. Daniel has also worked in a venture capital firm and executed investments on late-stage FinTech, eCommerce marketplace, marketing and software companies.
Previously Daniel worked at Itaú BBA, the most important bank in Latin America, in the investment banking division advising clients across multiple industries on sell-side and buy-side M&A and capital markets transactions. He also worked with management consulting at Accenture, where he completed projects for large multinational corporations.
Daniel started his professional career as an entrepreneur, founding an eCommerce start-up before graduating from university. He was in charge of finance and logistics and successfully accomplished the sale of the company to a strategic investor.
Daniel graduated in Business Administration from Insper Business School, São Paulo, Brazil, and is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. He enjoys surfing, playing tennis, soccer and reading.
Jack graduated with a BA in Economics from Cornell University, where he was a member of Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity. He spends his spare time playing guitar, piano, and bass guitar in a variety of musical genres.
James graduated with a BA in Finance from Indiana University, where he was a member of the Investment Banking Workshop, a two-year program designed to prepare students for careers in investment banking.
When not in the office, he enjoys hiking, skiing, tennis and all things Pittsburgh sports.

Charlotte lives in San Francisco with her husband and 3 children. Her perfect day is a family bike ride and picnic, followed by dinner (without children) at a French restaurant and a trip to the SF opera!

At its peak in 2017; multiple Award-winning Mon Purse was valued at $30 million and was one of the most profiled and promising direct-to-consumer brands with strategic presence in key locations such as Selfridges London and Bloomingdales in New York. Mon Purse became a household name in Australian in just three years.
Lana is an entrepreneur and C-level executive passionate about building innovative consumer brands with purpose. She is a strategic leader with a solid vision; who is also a hands-on operator able to execute quickly on limited resources, currently building a new venture. Lana graduated top of the class with a Bachelor of Business (International Business/Marketing) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Prior to that, Doug was Chief Revenue Officer for PYMNTS.com where he led all business development, financial forecasting, operations, and marketing functions. Doug has additionally held numerous product and partnership development roles at Discover Financial Services and was a consultant at Market Platform Dynamics, a leading macro-economic advisory for financial services firms.
Outside of Gremlin Social, Doug mentors numerous early-stage Fintech companies via his role at the SixThirty FinTech accelerator in St Louis. He holds a BS in Marketing and International Business and an MBA with a focus on product development and brand strategy from Penn State University.
